Automated Cage & Bedding Processing

Our automated systems can be used for facilities handling both larger and smaller numbers of cages. Designs of the systems are either including Tunnel Washers or Cabinet Washers. These developments create a flexible approach to the concern of having less available wash room area as well as the overall facility size. Systems designed and developed by DETAH are:

DETACH Automated Cage TW and Bedding Processing System

Capable of handling cages up to a number of 700 per hour.

This is the automated system that builds around The Original system designed by DETACH more than a decade ago. Still going strong at many customers’ sites and now updated with features to meet increased requirements from customers and regulatory bodies as well as environmental improvements.

The system utilizes the high throughput offered by the tunnel washer and is integrated with robotics and vacuum system for bedding transport.

Ymer Automated Cage CW and Bedding Processing System

Capable of handling cages up to a number of 300 per hour.

Use of cabinet washers creates opportunities to design solutions with a very small foot print. Perfect for the smaller new facility or the refurbished wash room.

This unique system takes full advantage of all our automation experiences as it is still fully integrated with robotics and bedding system.
