Integrated in our automated systems are bedding transportation system designed with vacuum technology. This system is also used for bedding transport although the cage handling might not be automated. Bedding transport by vacuum is by far the most used method in our industry. DETACH continuously develop the system as requirements change.

Capable of handling bottles a various kind of clean and soiled bedding material.

DETACH bedding systems is equipped with dust extraction for allergen reduction.

DETACH bedding system is always designed as 100 % separate systems for clean and soiled handling.

Soiled system can be equipped with a heavy-duty mill allowing for nesting material and toys to be dumped into the system along with the soiled bedding.

A range of solutions are available for taking care of the waste, these solutions will be adapted to local regulations.

Clean system can be filled up from standard bags, bulk-bags and even bulk deliveries of bedding material.

Dosage of bedding into cages is accurate and user settable.
